This is a hazardous material that requires specialist handling and disposal. Please do not attempt to place it in any of our bags.
Paint, Solvents & Oils
These substances are flammable and classified as hazardous waste. They must be disposed of through designated hazardous waste services.
Fridges & Freezers
These are classed as white goods and are not suitable for grab bags due to their size and internal components. Please contact us to arrange an alternative collection service for these items.

You can order a grab bag by phone or through our website. Choose the right size for your project – small, medium or MEGABAG – based on the type and volume of waste you’re dealing with.

Once delivered, you can fill the bag at your own pace. There’s no fixed time limit, but we ask customers to arrange collection within 2-3 weeks of delivery to keep things moving efficiently.
The bag must be level-filled only – do not overfill or stack waste above the top edge, as this may make it unsafe for lifting.
Avoid placing banned items such as fridges, paint, oils, asbestos or anything hazardous. A full list of restricted items is provided with each order and on our website.

When the bag is full, contact us via phone or email to book a collection. We typically collect within 48-72 hours, though same-week collection is often available depending on your location in Dorset.
You don’t need to be at home as long as the bag is accessible and not obstructed by parked vehicles, locked gates or other items.
